Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Italy (Dottore Commercialista).Member of the Institute of Commissaires aux Comptes and of Experts Comptables in France.Mainly taking care of Italian and French clients as “Sindaco” (auditcommittee), audit and transactions support in France and Italy.I am also involved in many “Organismi di Vigilanza” in accordance with the 231 Law and I work with a legal Firm on this activity.For many years I have been President of the “Collegio Sindacale” (audit committee) and member of the Organismo di Vigilanza of all the Italian companies of Gaz de France, now GDF-Suez Group acting also as coordinator with the Parent company in France.During the last years I have been member of “Collegi Sindacali” and Organismi di Vigilanza in various companies of Veolia Group, Publicis, Geodis, Codere, Stallergènes, XX Century Fox.From 2012 to 2015 I was President of the Collegio Sindacale of Astaldi, a listed company. Since many years I am assisting a Group in Bermuda with affiliates in France, Belgium, Holland and Canada in the following activities:

ABOUT DARIA LANGOSCO DI LANGOSCO
After my studies in economics (Business School in Turin and Economics in Rome) I initiated my carrier in the audit profession: before in Arthur Andersen in Rome, then in Ernst & Young in Paris and finally in Ernst & Young in Milan. In 2005 I created my own firm. After having spent ten years in Paris, I created the French Desk in Ernst & Young with the idea to develop the French market in Italy offering personalized services. To achieve this objective, I formed a French/Italian team with appropriate skills to serve clients in audit, due diligence, negotiations, fraud investigations, assistance in the introduction to the stock exchange in Paris and Milan, tax assistance… As independent I have been following cross border transactions as evaluation and sale of shares, tax and corporate restructuring in France, Canada, Hollande, Belgium and Bermuda. In addition, I have been appointed as member of Collegio Sindacale in listed and not listed companies. My international experience, my knowledge in languages and finally my double qualification (Dottore Commercialista and Revisore Contabile in Italy - Commissaire aux Comptes and Expert Comptable in France – Charted Accountant in both countries), made me the reference person for many companies, not only for extraordinary transactions but also as member in the “Collegi sindacali” – Supervisory board - and in “Organismi di Vigilanza” according to the Law 231/2001.
