About Daria Barbosu
I am a junior at Cornell University\'s ILR School, where I am pursuing a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Education. As a student, I have supported the Ithaca community through several roles, previously serving as a High Road Intern at Finger Lakes ReUse and currently working as an ESL Tutor with CLASP and a High Road Peer Mentor. I have also developed an interest in how AI can be leveraged to promote disability inclusion in the workplace, which I explored through my internship at Navigating AWEtism. Additionally, I have gained exposure to consulting, HR, and legal research through coursework including Management Consulting Essentials and Employment Discrimination Law. I have strong research interests in urban education reform, disability inclusion, and workplace policies that support women\'s economic development. Outside of academics, I am the Co-Founder/Treasurer of Cornell\'s Empowering Women in Law chapter, where we focus on supporting women\'s professional development in the legal field.
