I have many years of executive leadership in agribusiness, animal health and pet industries with a deep domain expertise in agribusiness from a technical and business perspective. I\'ve served in leadership roles in general management, R&D (feed, feed additive and pet supplements), business development, marketing, technical service, and sales within the US and International markets. My expertise includes business strategy and execution, product commercialization, competitor and market assessment, marketing strategies, open innovation, innovation pipeline development and strategy, research design, animal nutrition (poultry, swine, dairy, dog & cat), team management and development, regulatory, and risk management for small and large businesses. I\'ve worked most of my career within different divisions of Land O’Lakes, Inc, leading new product development and commercialization in US and international markets for poultry, swine and dairy within the feed and feed additives segments. I am now excited to start my new journey at Barentz, within their Animal Nutrition division as the Director of Sales & Technical Service.
