I am the owner of Decorum and lead corporate strategy, financial analysis, operational improvement, and product line selection. Decorum wholesales and retails home decor products that are artistic, high quality, functional, and affordable. We wholesale our products to home decor boutiques and gift shops, distribute our products through large e-commerce companies, our company website, and have a market presence throughout the United States via commissioned sales representatives. My role is to understand our end consumer and find the best way to put our products into their hands. I sell into key accounts, lead our sales team, determine our optimal distribution strategy, collaborate all functional areas of the company, and negotiate contracts with third parties.
