Strategist, Coach, Consultant: Leveraging over 30 years of experience in Fortune 100, I am leveraging that know-how and experience to support small businesses success as well as corporate consulting. I bring a unique and worldly perspective to situations that is based on an analytical, pragmatic, and culturally sensitive platforms. No hoopla, just the black and white perspective and approach for how to. I have been a critical part of numerous transformations from acquisitions to cost management to customer service to technology adoption. I was also part of a team focused on a culture change that promoted adoption and leveraged Six Sigma. Each offered unique learnings I am eager to leverage and apply to make the backbone of America as strong as it can be. Initiatives and Certifications are useless without commitment and vertical adoptions. My approaches are not original and were taught in 6th grade with the scientific method but sometimes the hardest part is defining the problem. As an active member of two start-ups, one for self and one with partners, I have seen the success and struggles of small business. I have served witness to the success of hard work and dedication through watching family members drive small business.
