About Daren Bell
Over my 19-year career in investment banking, I have worked predominantly in the healthcare and aging services sectors. Since joining Ziegler in 2014, my primary focus has been on serving not-for-profit senior living organizations throughout the western U.S. I have extensive experience working on complex financings across a full spectrum of projects, including new campus financings, expansion and repositioning financing, and restructurings. Additionally, I am well versed in all avenues of capital sources, including fixed- and variable-rate bond financings, tax-exempt and taxable debt, limited and private placements, as well as a plethora of bank capital structures. My skillset involves capital planning, strategic planning, finance structuring and restructuring, credit analysis, covenant structuring, and a variety of other relevant services.Throughout my tenure at Ziegler, I have helped bring more than 100 financings to market, totaling over $6.0 billion in par amount.I hold Series 7, 52, 63 and 79 licenses
