About Darell Nepil

Darell Nepil is a Human Resources VP with 20+ years of CH2M Hill experience. He is currently the Senior Human Resource Director (SHRD) for the Environmental Business Group. In that role, he is responsible for the delivery of all HR services to all staff assigned to Business Group. Prior to this assignment, Darell served as the SHRD for the Halcrow group and for Corporate HR, F&A, IT, Legal and Corporate Affairs. Darell also served as the SHRD for several business groups, most recently the Water Business Group. Prior to and during his time with CH2M HILL, Darell served in the United States Army (active duty) and the United States Army Reserves. He has recently retired as a Colonel.
