As The Heart Space Center Founder, I work directly with our clients (we call them Explorers), keeping our mission always at the forefront of each interaction: to create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their inner Selves through an approach that encompasses holistically mind, body, and spirit.THSC Explorers journey with us in various ways; through:• Yoga Asana (movement) • Somatic Experiencing• Yoga Nidra (“yogic sleep”)• Somatic Breathwork Journey SpaceAdditionally, THSC offers a Signature Embodied Creativity Retreat to pop-up groups, companies, universities, and more; helping creatives and non-creatives tap into their creativity as they move through embodiment practices, group discussion, and artistic expression. We also works with groups of various sizes and backgrounds to offer specially curated retreats for their group goals and needs.
