   Promoted to manage the warehouse, sourcing, accounting, office and reporting functions for the organization for a leading sporting goods brand which provides innovative and high quality athletic equipment, apparel, and uniforms. • Establish and maintain basic layout for warehouse, establish stock numbers and prices, and prepare warehouse orders.• Develop dealer pricing with the Marketing Manager, and manage the coordination and shipment/logistics of all orders.• Oversee inventory management including the processing of periodic and year-end count.• Establish landed costs for imported products, and coordinate all overseas shipments.• Direct the accounting/financial team in Accounts Receivable/Payable, Banking, Payroll, and Reporting functions.• Administer royalty payments, personal property and business taxes, dealer purchases, and letters of credit.• Maintain Accounts Payable vendor files and reconcile all Accounts Payable• Prepare wire payments to global sourcing agents in USA, India, and Asia.• Establish and maintain relationships with Bank; set-up lines of credit, deposit funds for payroll, record interest earned.• Maintain employee personnel files including current W-4s; prepare and file annual W-2s, W-3s, 1099, and 1096 reports.• Process monthly payroll and periodic bonuses, and file appropriate Federal, FICA, and State payroll taxes as needed.• Process and file quarterly tax reports for Federal 941, FUTA, SUTA, and St. Louis city as needed.• Prepare and publish monthly and year-end financial reporting including Balance Sheet, P&L’s, monthly close reports, cash flow analysis, and budget analysis.• Managed the TAG Show office, dealer, and warehouse orders, including recording all show deposits and expenses.• Handle all company health, dental, and workers compensation insurance, business insurance, and cargo insurance.• Oversee the management of fixed assets and computer software, administer equipment leases, and maintain contracts.
