About Darcy Levesque

I am an Area Manager II for Amazon FC in Seattle Wa, where I’ve been able to increase my leadership competency, improve professional and technical writing, and develop my management skills. I personally manage 80 Associates, but at times up to 130 associates during Peak. This year I have owned the Defects per Million Opportunities for AFE for all 4 shifts, developed my Team to be the Top rated shift for January through now, and pushed my connections scores to the top 25% in the network. In 2025 I owned inferred/inactive time for all pack paths across the 4 shifts, developed a quarterly reporting system that was integrated across the 4 shifts, and created training documents for new Area Managers within AFE. I led my team in 2024 to being the best shift on site for 8 months, while learning the new AM role. My goal is deliver smiles to our customers through servant leadership and a strict dedication to safety. I hope to brighten peoples’ days and develop leaders around me. I was previously a recruiter for one of the Top recruiting companies in the world, where I developed interpersonal skills and gained knowledge in various technical fields. During my time at school I was also a great leader with many experiences in school-related business opportunities. I obtained my MBA in 2023, and I have minors in Spanish, French and Economics, with a major in International Business Management. I was a member of DECA, a business club, in High school, where I attended the state and national conferences. I then became a member of AKPsi in College, where I also went to state and national conferences, networking with many people across the U.S. I have won 2 best customer service awards (through Spokane Indians Baseball), am a very confident public speaker, and a natural leader and team player. I completed X-Culture in which I worked with 4 people from across the world on a real life business plan for the company REMO, which was a daunting task that improved my online communication and taught me how to make a business expansion plan. I attended Washington Business Week, which is a program for students to create a product and then present it in front of business professionals. I also went to New Orleans through People to People Ambassador Program, in which I volunteered for the community and met many new people. Overall, I am a leader that believes in helping people accomplish their goals, while learning through the many people I have met how to confidently communicate and conduct business.
