In 2014, I began Eaze Medical Solutions (then Eaze Bracing) working out of a spare bedroom in my home. What started as a company specializing in providing orthotics and prosthetics to the workers’ compensation industry eventually expanded to a network of over contracted providers offering multiple products and services. Early on, I built a strong operational foundation with documented processes, workflows, polices, procedures, and training materials that allowed the company to grow from the ground up. As the leader of this organization I wear many hats, but a few of my favorite roles include coaching and developing staff, building relationships with patients and clients, and continuing to learn about the industry to improve our services. Since inception, Eaze Medical Solutions has organically grown at least 30% year over year.
