As the leader of 325 sales professionals, I was the #1 ranked individual sales professional out of 15K employees for FY 2022 and #11 in wine club sales as a result of selling $500K worth of wine in 5 years. I created, customized, and implemented product campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion and help clients fund their own personal causes (research, foundations, scholarships). I maintain contact with and track 1,250+ buyers including friends and family groups, corporations, and small businesses in addition to partnering with firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Houlihan Lawrence on corporate gifting and promote benefits of wine club membership including discounts, previews, and complimentary gifts.On a monthly basis, I partner with 40 senior leaders to analyze market performance, compensation, and training strategies. I lead 200-300 person training calls and yearly leadership retreats in addition to sharing best practices for running events, pitching business, and networking to ensure consistent messaging and identity standards across all touchpoints.
