   Oversee, direct, and review administrative, fiscal, and quality management activities of FCH\'s behavioral group outpatient practice, including contractual treatment and training programs. Work with the Board of Trustees to evaluate and develop new service lines. Assist the CEO with shifting organizational priorities, strategic planning and the development of short and long term organizational goals. Assist CFO with processes to develop, establish, implement, and monitor operating and capital budgets. Act as leadership liaison with medical staff, behavioral staff, patients, other departments, and affiliate community and corporate partners. Represent FCH at external meetings. Ensure regulatory compliance and that performance improvement plans are defined and results-oriented. Oversee FCH\'s corporate and community professional enrichment services, including employee wellness programming, stress management workshops, cultural diversity and social justice trainings and related professional development activities.
