I began my recruiting career in the early in Austin with a boutique IT staffing agency sourcing software and hardware professionals at IBM, Motorola, and Oracle. After going another direction, I returned to recruiting in 2015, recognizing it as both the work I enjoyed most and where I had been most effective.Since then, I’ve built deep experience partnering with leadership teams at startups across emerging technologies and industries, helping them grow through strategic hiring. Over the past four years, I’ve also supported nonprofits dedicated to empowering youth and underserved adults through education and community programs to find key leadership roles.These opportunities, spanning both innovation and meaningful missions have provided me a fulfilling career and valuable insight into how the right talent can transform organizations and positively impact lives.
