Passionate and results-driven professional with a diverse background in healthcare leadership, personnel management, business development, sports medicine, and education. My role involves spearheading business development projects, improving sales and revenue performance, managing staff and productivity, account supervision, and managing stakeholder communications across schools and healthcare networks. I also manage partnerships and recruit physicians to be part of our Sports Management team. In addition, I am also specialized in policy and procedure management and training as well. In addition to my role at Adventist Health, I am an enthusiastic Sports Medicine Teacher at Royal High School, where I design and implement curriculum, manage their observation hour schedule, hold fundraisers, and constantly make educational opportunities available to shape the next generation of sports medicine professionals.
