Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on the Absorb Learning Management System, incl. leading product creation and testing of all products and promotions. Oversee custom programs & participant email communications. Act as escalation point for system issue resolution & relationship management. Lead various projects, incl. migration of Live Online business to the eVolve platform (Thought Industries), implementation of platform enhancements, streamline efforts around operational fulfillment & revamp support of the Live Online catalog. Oversee initiatives to improve user experience & enforce standards, best practices, policies & procedures with a focus on achieving goals & enhancing organizational effectiveness. Contribute to team goals and plans while demonstrating accountability, flexibility & adaptability in work duties & projects, serving as the internal SME on Absorb Learning Management System. Collaborate with teams to streamline processes, automate tasks, ensure effective communication, and provide professional development/support to team members through training, mentoring & coaching. Manage project schedules for all assigned programs, encompassing platform & content development, program delivery, reporting, renewals & creation of reports. Serve as Acting Absorb LMS Consultant supporting sales efforts by contributing to revenue targets, managing partner relationships & leading creation/fulfillment of subscription-based products. Oversee the setup & maintenance of subscriptions in the LMS per Salesforce order forms, incl. user management, usage reporting, program registration & team training on implementation of subscription fulfillment. Conduct demos to showcase platform/product features while also serving as the primary customer advocate in managing subscription delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders such as clients, franchise, DCA Account Manager & Client Relationship Manager.
