The wealth of cultural experiences comes from touring and managing bands and artistes. Also promoted a host of entertainers from the Caribbean in Europe since 1989. Blended with my Entertainment Law Masters degree studies at Westminster University which strengthened my understanding of intellectual property rights (copyright) and entertainment contracts. In acquiring a Masters degree in International Business from Nyenrode Business University in Holland, together with Diplomacy at University of East Anglia neatly qualified the education and experiences into cultural diplomacy. Therefore my weekly column gives and insight into Caribbean diplomacy from a 30 years working experience knowledge base on the culture awareness of Europe and the Caribbean.
