ABOUT DARBE ALLISON
I’ve always been drawn to work that supports people’s growth. From managing front line retail teams to executive coaching and building scalable learning programs, the throughline of my career has always been people. Working in higher education has given me a front-row seat to how people learn, grow, and experience their work. At the Kelley School of Business, I designed and led professional development experiences for graduate students from across the globe. This included creating e-learning programs, redesigning core career development curriculum, and delivering 1:1 coaching to over 300 future professionals each year. I’m certified in Co-Active Coaching, EQi2.0, Keirsey Temperament Sorter, and the Immunity to Change framework, which I utilize to create environments where people feel supported in their growth and performance. Whether I’m developing a program, guiding a coaching conversation, or optimizing a clunky process, I bring curiosity, clarity, and care to everything I do. I value thoughtful communication, inclusive environments, and work that makes a real impact on people’s lives. My work centers on helping others grow, and I am always learning, too. I’m curious about new ideas in learning, coaching, and talent development, especially where they intersect to create more human-centered workplaces. If you’re working on something in that space, I’d love to trade notes!Specialties: Program Design, Employee Engagement, People Operations, Employee Success, Human Resources, Executive Coaching, Curriculum Development, Performance Coaching, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Training Implementation, Professional Development, Learning and Development, Public Speaking, Project Management, Workshop Facilitation
