It\'s truly inspiring to witness their ingenuity and dedication.As an inquisitive University of Virginia graduate (Wahoowa!), I live by Thomas Jefferson\'s philosophy that learning never ends. I have a genuine passion for solving problems and collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve the greater mission. My optimistic and empathetic nature drives me to be an outside-the-box thinker and a true advocate. My job is to partner directly with these vital labs and programs, helping them modernize legacy processes, enhance operational efficiency, and realize the art of the possible across their diverse and critical functions, enabling them to be the very best they can be.For years, I\'ve had the privilege of working hand-in-hand with these institutions, celebrating the small successes that incrementally contribute to their monumental goals.    Lead the ServiceNow partnership with some of our nation\'s most critical institutions, including the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Department of Energy (DOE) West labs.My role is to serve as a trusted partner and advocate, helping these organizations modernize their operations and accelerate their vital missions. By putting AI to work and connecting people, processes, data, and devices, we deliver purpose-built workflows that break down silos and increase productivity on one unified platform. I guide them not only in implementing new solutions but also in optimizing current installs.I help labs modernize and transform their operations by implementing solutions that streamline core IT functions like ITSM, ITSD, ITOM, and SPM, ensuring IT is a strategic partner, not a bottleneck. We secure the enterprise with SecOps and GRC solutions that provide a consolidated view of risk and resilience. We empower the workforce with HRSD and optimize critical assets by connecting Operational Technology (OT) systems for a unified view of visibility and security. We also manage key relationships with Customer Service Management (CSM) and enable teams to build custom workflows and applications with App Engine.Ultimately, my goal is to ensure these institutions can continue their groundbreaking contributions by making their world of work, work better.
