Drafting, Filing & Serving: Complaints/Statement of Claims for PI, PD and Premises along with Discovery requests/responses, PFS(s), Objections/Responses, Notices, etc. • Communicating with clients once their case is filed & maintaining contact from the start of litigation thru close outs. • Request medical records, medical ledgers, liens & PIP logs via fax, email and/or mail.• Communicate with Experts, providing records to obtain their opinion/report on client’s medical treatment. • Scheduling & Calendaring Depositions, Mediations, Non-Binding Arbitrations, CMC/IME, PTC, Trial, Court Reporter, Conferences, Experts and Witnesses for Depositions & Trial, as well as hearings on Motions & Objections. • Preparing Clients and the Attorney for a Final Hearing in Federal/State Court and/or Mediation/Arbitration.• Negotiate medical balances through reduction requests for settlement phase. • Sending the Settlement Agreement and Closing Statement to client for signature & confirming mailing address to send out payment. • Ensuring all Invoices are paid to archive case file after all payments have been delivered.• Dismissing the case with the courts and clearing all events from trial docket and attorneys\' calendar.
