About Dara Drake
I live in the intersection between government, education, and technology. I am a 2025 Knight-Hennessy Scholar studying at Stanford University to pursue masters degrees in Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies (POLS) and Public Policy (MPP). I am a researcher focused on studying skills, quality of education, and models for student empowerment and success. I\'ve published my research in several peer-reviewed journals and presented it at conferences globally, including the United Nations. Prior to coming to Stanford, I served as the youngest national operations lead for education in KPMG firm history. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a degree in Policy Studies and a minor in Education & Technology. Throughout my academic journey, I have received multiple honors including the Syracuse University Scholarship, the highest honor any undergraduate can receive, and the Remembrance Scholarship, one of the most prestigious awards at Syracuse University.
