As a leader in workplace strategy, I have been privileged to deliver solutions to several Fortune 100 clients across N.A. and beyond. I have been responsible for winning and nurturing long-standing relationships with clients such as; Citi, Procter & Gamble, and most recently The Kroger Co. Knowing the clients better than they know themselves uses my creative problem-solving skills to their maximum benefit. This success has vastly contributed to a portfolio of nearly 10 million SF that uniquely supports the brand, culture, business objectives, and new styles of working. I have traveled extensively to sites for key client meetings to provide leadership, inspiration, and motivation to the team to ensure the highest quality design documentation is produced and end-user satisfaction is achieved. In addition to being highly skilled at designing, managing, and successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously, I regularly coordinate with specialists in security, AV, food service, facilities, and maintenance to ensure the smallest details are implemented well. I have led the development and selection process for corporate standards, space utilization strategies, benchmarking research, and organizational and real estate metrics to ensure the solutions are both evidence-based and human-centered. During my 30+ year career, I have become passionate about leveraging design excellence with workplace strategy to create environments that help people thrive and companies exceed their goals.
