   Making meaningful connections between people and places.Ms. Politis has over 25 years of experience working with residents, business owners, institutions, and town/city officials in over two-dozen municipalities, helping them to articulate a vision and goals, and then subsequently to develop action plans to achieve these. Principal of Community Circle, Ms. Politis is a town planner, a trained facilitator, and a certified mediator with significant experience working with municipalities and institutions to identify needs, articulate priorities, and develop a resource allocation and action plan. She has designed and led community education and engagement programs a wide range of municipalities and conducted user needs evaluations in a variety of other settings. She has also worked on developing subsequent implementation and action plans as follow up for the majority of these. Community Circle builds strong foundations for action by creating forums and formats for meaningful conversation and for forming consensus. Asking the right questions and including the right participants are critical to this process. This is achieved by developing an Outreach and Participation plan that engages a broad cross-section of the population and includes a diversity of points of view. In addition, keeping participants engaged throughout the process and including them in creating the plan results in increasing their understanding and future support of the implementation of the plan and its related proposals.
