   Closely collaborated with the IT team to create a ticketing portal for People Ops request for inquiries such as promotions, salary increases, title updates, and more using Jira. This process has helped increase team visibility and productivity by 15%- Built dynamic Excel merit dashboards using a 9-Box talent review–driven algorithm to visualize salary and bonus budgets, across teams and departments. These gave leadership a clear, real-time view of compensation planning, helping them make informed decisions and adjustments as needed. The dashboards also helped Finance plan more effectively with their models and sped up internal document processing and posting for all team members- Refine and expand the time off reporting model to include categorized breakdowns (Sick, PTO, Bereavement, etc.), enhancing reporting insights- Enhanced the talent performance dashboard, based upon the 9 Box performance review model and risk matrix, to help increase proficiency within the People Ops team, for key talent insights as well presenting it to department leaders and team managers for growth or coaching conversations- Oversee the full lifecycle of HRIS data integrity—including onboarding, transitions, and terminations—with improved workflow documentation and efficiency tracking. This includes driving collaboration with our IT team to standardize the onboarding process and streamline off-boarding workflows, reducing lag time- Own compliance-related data reporting and submissions (EEOC, audits, workers\' comp), working closely with legal and finance teams.
