Leading delivery, governance, and process improvement of real-world evidence (RWE) studies across various therapeutic areas (primarily Oncology).Key highlights:• Led the establishment of the Governance of Health Care Professional Payments by collaborating with Global and Canadian Purchase-to-Pay, Procurement, Legal, and Finance Teams• Refined team\'s budget tracker, which resulted in achieving 100% compliance with contracted payment-terms• In 2023, managed study filing of 24 studies; managed 130 POs, set up 55 POs, and processed and tracked 163 payments with 100% compliance of payment-terms; and supported evidence generation and/or vendor oversight for 6 oncology RWE studies.• Streamlining operations by identifying issues, troubleshooting/strategizing, and proposing improvements with local and Global cross-functional partners (e.g, Global purchasing and procurement simplification) • Implementing purchase-to-pay operations for all AZ sponsored RWE studies by managing all purchase order (PO) setup/changes, invoice processing, budget/payment tracking, reconciliations of missing payments, and monthly accruals — working closely with Finance, Procurement, and Legal • Facilitating vendor oversight for RWE oncology studies by ensuring studies adhere to internal and external standards and regulations (governance), timelines met, and deliverables provided; finalizing contracts; managing budgets; and leading meetings • Leading Trial Master File (Veeva Clinical Vault - TMF) operations as team’s expert (conducted 5 training sessions) and managing study filing and quality checks for approximately half of the team\'s RWE studies (~24)• Supporting evidence generation by drafting and reviewing protocols, analyses, and publications for RWE oncology studies in collaboration with Evidence Leads and investigators with patients at the forefront• Chairing the Scientific Affairs Leadership Team meetings to facilitate local approval of RWE studies
