As the new CEO of the Bathroom Association, I\'m dedicated to amplifying our members voices across the supply chain. My mission is to champion your interests in the face of evolving regulations and the call for greater environmental responsibility, alongside providing you with the insights, data, content, and connections you need to be successful.I will bring our collective voices together to shape policy, drive innovation, and set standards for excellence in our industry.This role is a natural evolution of my 20+-year career, where I’ve focused on leading strategic engagement, brand, member, and community engagement. At the CIPD, I gained a proven track record of managing UK and international market strategies, operations, senior engagement, and networks. My experience in building strategic relationships with key stakeholders from government and employers to academic centres has prepared me to champion our members’ voices and influence policy with impact.I am passionate about creating better working lives and building strong, collaborative communities. As a certified coach, mentor, and former board member for key employment charters in Northern England, I am deeply committed to amplifying standards for good and fair practice. I will leverage this passion to lead the bathroom industry into its next chapter, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and collective growth across the entire value chain, from design to installation.
