As the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at a liberal arts institution, I report directly to the campus president and collaborate with the executive leadership team, Board of Trustees, alumni, and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to lead the development, implementation, and assessment of our institutional strategic plan.With 19 years of experience in the educational sector. I specialize in strategic initiatives, organizational leadership, student success, stakeholder engagement, and institutional effectiveness. My career highlights include restructuring remittance procedures for readmitted students, building partnerships with adult education centers, community organizations, and local chambers of commerce, and creating collaborative frameworks that drive student retention, inclusion, and long-term enrollment growth.I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Trident University International and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education.
