About Daphne Berry
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship in the Barney School of Business. I regularly teach principles of management, social enterprises, and short-term study abroad courses on social enterprises and sustainable workplaces in Spain. My research interests center around governance and worker outcomes in employee-owned businesses, including highly-participatory businesses such as worker cooperatives and other social enterprises. I also research organizational outcomes related to demographic diversity in areas of gender, race, and class.
