Daouii leads sustainable investing strategy across EMEA at Wellington, focusing on how sustainability influences investment decision-making, client outcomes, and long-term capital stewardship. Her work sits at the intersection of markets, regulation, and client expectations, supporting asset owners, sovereign institutions, and wealth managers as they navigate evolving sustainability frameworks and transition pathways.She partners closely with investment, client, and product teams to shape Wellington’s regional sustainability approach, articulate clear market narratives, and support complex client conversations across key strategic relationships. Her role spans cross-functional initiatives on sustainability strategy, stewardship positioning, policy engagement, and transition insights, helping ensure the firm remains globally informed and aligned with the needs of institutional clients.She is also part of Wellington’s Sustainable Investing Management Team, contributing to firmwide governance, prioritisation, and long-term strategy.Prior to Wellington, she built and led the sustainable finance platform at Channel Capital Advisors, where she served on the firm’s leadership and risk committee and collaborated with senior investment teams to design tailored sustainability solutions for institutional investors.Daouii regularly speaks on sustainable finance at global forums, including the United Nations, and contributes to industry dialogue on the role of capital in building resilient, inclusive economies. She serves as Vice-Chair of the RISE Board at The King’s Trust, is part of the World Economic Forum community, and her work has been recognised by the Black British Business Awards, Forbes 30 Under 30, and Canada’s 150 Most Inspirational Women.Fluent in five languages, she has a particular interest in sustainable development, circular economies, and economic resilience across MENA and Africa.
