The primary targets would be the investigation of all workplace accidents, to build upon workplace safety training and to create workplace safety policy and procedures. • Hire, train and terminate maintenance department employees. • Ensure that all work orders are completed within company standard: 24- and 48-hours.• Provide outstanding customer service.• Lead by example and be a team player in everything• Assist new acquisitions with takeovers, train new team, manage new asset until the team is put together and trained while still managing my home property and being successful at both.
