I have over 20 years of experience in education. My passion is working with students and adults to secure their lifelong goals while focusing on relationship building techniques that will create school and community environments that thrive. My years of experience have enhanced my knowledge in every aspect of education. My thorough knowledge of data analysis, academic assistance, college and career preparation, relationship building, student inclusion, school improvement strategies, working with students with disabilities, professional development, and a variety of other educational components have been integral in my success. These experiences in different capacities have enabled me to know the vital role that education professionals play in the lives of students, parents, and the community. My goal is to continue to encourage students and staff to be the best that they can be. Ultimately, serving and pouring into the lives of others brings me joy and inspires me to help perfect schoolwide relationship building that leads to solidarity.
