I believe in and have personally been the recipient of the power of coaching to help leaders be more whole, healthy, and inspired so they can more effectively make the impact they intend.As a startup advisor and executive coach, I help leaders see themselves clearly, prioritize intentionally, and influence authentically.I\'m a proud polymath and generalist who follows my heart, listens to my body, and knows how to put my brain to work. My operational and leadership experience spans nearly 20 years across tech, venture capital, nonprofit, and wellness/spirituality. I bring the perspective and skills from all of these experiences to my clients, adapting to their needs in the short and long term.I offer 1:1 coaching and advising to early-mid stage startup founders + exec women.
