   At Careem, I work on building and scaling the Careem Plus subscription as part of the product team, using research and experimentation to shape the long-term strategy for who Plus is for and how it delivers value across rides, food, Quik, and partnerships. I lead end-to-end product discovery and UX research for key initiatives like co-branded credit cards, Plus Lite, and Locked Cashback, turning complex quant and qual insights into clear product decisions, tier structures, and benefit mixes. I partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to define subscription propositions, validate new concepts, and refine core journeys, ensuring Plus drives sustainable growth while aligning with customer needs. I also formalise research and insight-sharing practices so the broader team can move faster and make consistently evidence-based decisions about the future of Careem Plus.
