Dr. Danyale L. Hawkins is a Global Change Management Executive & Coach with a 17+ year career comprising of the disciplines of change management, leadership development, and human capital management. Specifically, her depth of expertise in the context of organizational change, “the new normal,” has uniquely anchored her career in helping organizations approach their transformation agendas through end-to-end change. The breath of Dr. Hawkins’s expertise, extends across various organizational contexts from disruption, customer centricity demands, re-imagined systems, to responding to administration mandates – all while dissecting complex systems and varying culture types for meeting transformational imperatives. Dr. Hawkins holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston College; a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University; and a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Organizational Leadership and Followership from Northeastern University.
