I am proud to drive a mobile library bus on routes across some of the more rurally isolated communities in our County, building the trusted relationships with people over time that enable the sharing of information, signposting and reading for both learning and pleasure. This is truly a wonderful role; a service which is respected and valued in our community and a vehicle, in every sense, for enabling & empowering practice.

With 31 years of VCSE leadership and development experience across Norfolk I have a well rounded understanding of the current challenges faced by the sector and those responsible for leading;1. Through my own business, YourNorfolk Ltd, I provide bespoke mentoring and coaching for VCSE sector leaders. Bringing my own lived experience alongside that of relevant organisational stakeholders informs and guides both individual and organisational development.2. I am a member of our evolving VCSE Assembly for Norfolk & Waveney, working to shape a more cohesive strategic alliance across the delivery of empowering health and social care practice.3. I Keep my \'hand in\' across Norfolk communities driving a mobile library bus across the County.
