Since joining CSPM Consultancy Ltd, I have broadened my expertise in construction and project management, delivering complex, multi-site projects with a strong focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration. I was part of the team that successfully delivered Project Aintree, overseeing the installation, commissioning, and handover of 76 prefabricated Modular Secure Facilities (MSFs) across UK Volunteer Estate sites. My role involved coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing logistical challenges, and ensuring seamless execution. Simultaneously, I led a fragmented SFA refurbishment programme, using my stakeholder management expertise to realign priorities, resolve conflicts, and restore efficiency. More recently, I project-managed the delivery of a 150m temporary storage facility at Hinkley Point C, navigating RIBA stages while ensuring compliance within the highly regulated nuclear sector. Additionally, I have played a key role in developing high-quality tender submissions and framework proposals, demonstrating my ability to translate scopes of work into compelling, commercially viable solutions.As Quality Manager at CSPM, I have enhanced internal quality management processes, ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.I am currently Sub-contracted as a Senior Project Manager with Landmarc, working to deliver DIO projects across the Trg Estate as-well as developing a new Project assurance team within the HQ. A very challenging but rewarding time.
