With over 15 years of experience in UX research, I am passionate about understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations to drive business strategy. My mission is to create user-centered products and services that solve real problems and delight customers. I am currently a Principal researcher on the Experience Research team at Liberty Mutual. I work with a team of researchers to understand and characterize the user journeys and UX for independent insurance agents working in commercial insurance.
