About Dan Weiss
I’m a Fractional Integrator and Chief Operating Officer for businesses running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). As a graduate of the EOS Integrator Masterclass, and a member of the Integrator Mastery Forum, I’m always seeking mastery of the foundational EOS tools so that the organizations I’m serving are rock solid in the six key components of EOS. This gives them a solid foundation for growth and the ability to achieve their long-term targets. I have 20+ years of experience in operational leadership and managing by objective both full-time and as a fractional leader. Of those years, 4+ have been as an Integrator/COO. I have enjoyed helping businesses of varying sizes and industries. I help visionary entrepreneurs live their ideal life. I am the glue that holds everything together. I execute the business plan, hold the leadership team accountable, and create clarity and cross-functional collaboration across the entire organization at a fraction of the cost of an FTE. Companies that use an EOS Implementer will get Traction® faster using me as the Integrator. Companies that are self-implementing EOS use me as a guide to master the six components: Vision, Data, Process, Issues, People, and Traction.
