I motivate, energize and connect people! I have a long history of bringing people together in successful partnerships. I make things happen! Here is my story.Completing my degree in politics at Trent University, I continued in the local community, starting a career in the restaurant industry, managing pubs, cafes and fine dining establishments. For many years I enjoyed the experience of being that home away from home, that safe space for our regular patrons.Feeling the need for change while living in Toronto I moved into the world of agency recruitment and had the daily challenge of trying to place candidates with lucky employers. After a few years, moved to Kingston and building on my experience, moved into employment services where I helped people one on one and in group settings.I love being excited for people! Seeing someone discover the way forward, or simply start to believe, is a rush.I believe in my clients and their abilities to meet their goal, solve the problem, overcome.It is exhilarating coaching someone and helping them to see the way clearly ahead. It is rewarding as I assist them in taking those, steps, jumps and leaps forward.I have led hundreds to big life changes and valuable professional development.
