Leads the software engineering related delivery on direct contract programs supporting the US Department of Defense and other government agencies. Software solutions are applied to achieve full mission execution capabilities spanning multiple domains.• Manages a team of 8 Software Engineers in the delivery of software solutions for one of the US Air Force\'s primary aircraft platforms and its related suite of mission systems, contracted by the US Special Operations Command. • Manages software development and integration activities as part of a key next generation real time communications capability program that SNC has developed for the US Air Force\'s Air Mobility Command. • Engages with multiple direct programs throughout the organization to assess software needs, align engineering resources, and lead the development and delivery of software capabilities on contracted US Government programs.• Responsible for multiple facets of program planning, execution, and control following SNC’s PMI based Program Management process while also supporting a scrum-based agile development process within the software development organization.• Provides program financial analysis and management using the EVMS framework.
