I am passionate about advancing mental health and wellness by providing therapy and support to youth, adolescents/teens, transitional-age youth, and adults. I use an integrated counseling approach that emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making to help individuals uncover their strengths, resilience, and potential throughout their personal journeys.My background includes school-based, outpatient, and inpatient clinical experience, along with advocacy for social justice and systemic change across schools, health clinics, and government agencies. I am dedicated to increasing access to mental health resources, reducing stigma, and supporting diverse communities with compassion and cultural humility.As a first-generation college graduate with a multiracial background and LGBTQIA+ identity, I am committed to serving marginalized and vulnerable populations. I have had the privilege of counseling at-risk youth, foster youth, and neurodiverse individuals across clinical and academic settings, witnessing their growth firsthand.I look forward to connecting with mission-driven organizations where I can contribute my skills and experience to expand access to mental health care and create meaningful impact.
