Executive Agenda is Wisconsin\'s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated to executive development across diverse business functions. There are more than 500 members in 42 groups located in southeast Wisconsin. The core of the EA program is a non-competing group of executives who meet as a \'board of advisors\" to help each other resolve difficult business problems, all done in a completely confidential setting. Learning comes from other executives using real business problems. The three components of EA include quarterly group meetings, individual coaching sessions and the extended community of business leaders. Membership is by invitation and each member must be a senior level executive, have a thirst to learn, and a willingness to invest in their own and others\' development.
