Provide project management for Forecast-Based Financing and Weather Index Insurance projects for international public sector and non-profit clients, with a regional focus on Southern Africa. – Responsible for the facilitation and development of materials for workshops and capacity-building trainings in Anticipatory Action (AA) projects that mitigate climate risk, mostly in partnership with the World Food Program.– Operate quantitative software and web tools for research, application, and training on climate services delivery, like seasonal rainfall forecasting. – Assist in the development of project proposals on AA implementation, disaster management and insurance.– Member of the Financial Instruments Sector Team, led by Dr. Daniel Osgood.
