Co-Founded Pacific Growth Capital (formerly the Cannabis Investment Network) to connect early stage companies with accredited investors. PGC has three primary lines of business: helping companies raise growth capital, representing business owners seeking to sell their company, and offering a variety of business development advisory services. In summer 2019 launched the Spark™ online platform to meet the capital needs of cannabis-related businesses at every stage of their life cycle, from startups through pre-IPO, and for Accredited Investors to gain access to deal flow.
