Created and became Chair of the first Employee Working Group made up of positions in the Government of PEI that serve marginalized communities. Developed the first guide on collecting disaggregated data when engaging with marginalized communities (Government of PEI). Became the first Manager of Anti-Racism Initiatives within the Executive Council Office of PEI.Created and established PEI\'s first Anti-Racism Office. Created, tabled, and launched PEI\'s first Anti-Racism Action Plan.
