I work with employers and business leaders to provide retirement savings solutions to their employees. My focus is on qualified defined contribution plans, like 401ks, as well as non-qualified deferred compensation strategies. As a co-fiduciary of plans, I work with plan sponsors to provide investment advisory services, conduct due diligence on partner and vendor relationships, provide fiduciary education and expertise, and develop and implement participant education programs. I\'ve been with the company since I graduated from Michigan State University in 2007. I officially joined NFP when our organization, Cambridge Consulting Group, was acquired in October 2018 and we transitioned to branding ourselves as NFP shortly thereafter in June 2019.
