Under my leadership, we achieved remarkable results, including a significant increase in EBITDA, a successful sponsor exit, the successful integration of multiple acquisitions, and a complex ERP migration to support expansive growth and drive substantial operating efficiencies.As CEO of Deep Centered Mental Health, I led the integration and rebranding of two distinct psychotherapy companies, while expanding a newly formed psychiatry practice. We rallied over 200 clinicians around a clear mission, aligned clin-ops, restructured and optimized back office functions, and documented clear SOPs.
