As the Founder of BallerXScout, my mission is simple — to give players and families the honest guidance they need to navigate football after academy release, rejection, or when they simply don’t know what comes next.I lead the vision of BallerXScout as a football IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) platform. We’re not here to make false promises. We’re here to give real answers, trusted advice, and access to the right events, people, and opportunities.I personally attend 1v1 events, showcases, and trials across the UK — not just to scout, but to support. I break down what scouts are looking for, help players prepare mentally and physically, and give parents the clarity they rarely get from clubs.I’ve built partnerships with academies, grassroots clubs, non-league teams, and major platforms like The Baller League UK to ensure our players have every option available. Whether it’s returning to academy football, stepping into non-league, or rebuilding confidence after release — I help players understand where they are and what they can do next.I also manage content, social strategy, and community engagement to make sure the message cuts through — football development should be transparent, supportive, and built around the player, not the system.Behind every player is a story. Behind every family is a set of questions. My job is to make sure they get real answers and a fair shot — no matter where they’re starting from.
