I’m a strategist who can tell a story. Because in order to create a new, desired future – whether that’s a product, process, operating model or culture – a thoughtful narrative has to be established that speaks to the needs, fears and motivations of our intended audiences. I’ve always understood the power of this kind of storytelling, but over the past several years I’ve built a practice that empowers others to add their words alongside my own. I’ve done so through customer co-creations, insight generation workshops, and human-centered change. Giving collaborators the ability to create gives them a reason to believe. A reason to feel ownership of the things they are building. Because when they do it’s no longer just my story, it’s their own.
