I’m a solid critical thinker and creative problem solver with a bring-it-on work ethic. I love a challenge and take it on with enthusiasm and great expectations. My work is consistently thorough and top-quality. I’ve demonstrated strengths in many capacities: TECHNICAL SALES – I enjoy technical sales. In 2014, my management team offered me the Solution Architect position to engage our largest clients with the highest expectations. I love a good challenge and stepping out of my comfort zone, so it didn’t take long for me to become a well-sought resource on our product line and applications. SALES SUPPORT – With all of that said, I guess in some ways I cut my teeth in technical sales when I began supporting RFPs in 2012. Over time, I began conducting solution analysis and design, developing and delivering technical presentations, and providing pre- and post-sale training. Since 2015, I’ve played a key role in sales’ exceedance of its goals by 15% or more. PROJECT MANAGEMENT – I began managing design and developer teams more than 20 years ago. Today, I enjoy working with customers and across functional teams. As a PM, I work with Honeywell’s largest AMI client to delivering MDM software functionality. CODING – With a degree in computer science, technical ingenuity and excellence are in my blood. As a patching team lead at Nortel for nearly 10 years, I designed award-winning, game-changing features and strategies, inspiring and leading a talented developer team along with me. It’s the kind of pragmatic and innovative thinking that supports my role as a technical advisor for some of our biggest clients.
